We accept most dental insurance plans. For our patients with dental insurance, our experienced team will help you maximize your benefits. We also offer a wide variety of convenient payment options including financing through CareCredit.

For patients without dental insurance we help make dental care more affordable for everyone with the Song Dental Wellness Plan.

No waiting period
No annual maximums
No deductibles
No pre-existing condition limitations
No pre-authorization requirements

Song Dental Wellness Plan includes:

All necessary x-rays, full mouth series taken every 3-5 years
Two periodic exams yearly
Two routine cleanings yearly, advanced hygiene services excluded
Two fluoride treatments yearly
25% discounted fees for all other dental services

Guidelines

Membership fee is due at the time of enrollment and non-refundable
Plan term is one year from enrollment date and can be renewed annually
Payment in full is due at the time of service for the discount to apply
Cannot be used in conjunction with dental insurance or CareCredit®
Only valid for use at Song Dental
